Plan individualized workouts for all clients utilizing Fitness Collective’s specialized software, taking clients’ goals, desires, injuries, limitations, and Fitness Coordinating notes into account to ensure each client receives a safe and effective workout.
Manage a personal training session of up to 6 clients at once while delivering individualized workouts to each client in an efficient and effective manner and avoiding lag time.
Exemplify and uphold the mission statement and values of the organization.
Maintain our tight-knit community culture by developing relationships with our clients and fellow team members.
Ensure that all client communications are handled in a timely manner with the highest level of customer service possible.
Perform routine cleaning & maintenance tasks to keep the facility safe, pristine & well-stocked.
Progress through personal training “levels” by completing necessary training, reading assignments, practicals, and client reviews.
Required Qualifications:
Must be passionate about fitness and have a strong desire to help others.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with people of all ages and personality styles.
Desire to encourage, coach, and personally relate to a wide array of clients.
One year of customer service experience.
Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must have access to a computer or laptop.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Desired Qualifications:
Maintains a high level of professionalism, is detail-oriented, and has the ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.
Ability to work with a close-knit team.
Excellent communication skills.
Personal training certification not required upon hire, but must be obtained within first six months of employment.
