Fitness Collective’s semi-private fitness classes are individualized personal training delivered in a shared workout session. You will “share” your expert personal trainer with up to 5 other Fitness Collective members during your 60-minute session, allowing for a more affordable and high-energy workout experience. The same intentional, personalized workout at a lower price. Our most popular membership. Here’s how semi-private training works:
WARM UP | 4 MINUTES
We all warm up collectively.
INDIVIDUALIZED WORKOUT | 46 MINUTES

Your personal trainer will have a pre-designed workout ready to go based on your goals and will walk you through it every step of the way. They will stick around to make sure you've got it down and answer any questions you have, then get your fellow members started with their individualized workouts. Each workout is different every time, so you’ll never get bored. Your workout program will be tailored to whatever style aligns best with your goals and desires, whether that be strength training, HIIT training, or stretching and rehabilitation: our fitness trainers are experts at all of it!

ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUPPORT

With each instructor training just 6 members or less at one time, you get the perfect combination of attention and direction from your trainer and motivation from the like-minded community around you. Even when attending to other members, your trainer is always close by and easily accessible. We call this our “individualized shared trainer model” and refer to it as our “secret sauce” that makes our fitness training model different. Achieving your goals is always more fun and motivating when you do it with friends and family!

With our semi-private memberships, you receive all of the motivating benefits of a group fitness class with the intentionality and customization of a traditional one-on-one personal training session. You do not need to have experience with resistance training to work out in our semi-private sessions! Our fitness trainers are experts at catering to your needs, meeting you where you’re at with your current fitness level, and designing your workouts to progress you toward your goals.
