      • Workout schedules and progress tracking

    Some features of the Fitness Collective mobile application require users to input progress tracking data, training history, and participation in weight loss or nutrition programs, including but not limited to chat content and timestamps generated via our discussion board. Users may choose not to provide certain information, but doing so may limit their access to some features of our Services.

    Fitness Collective may capture or collect photographs, videos, testimonials, and other content featuring members participating in workouts, fitness programs, or events. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may use such media for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, email communications, website content, and advertisements.

    If you do not wish for your likeness to be used, you may opt out by providing written notice to management@fitnesscollectivept.com. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Services.

    Group Account Visibility: If you choose to participate in a group account, please be aware that other members within that group will have access to some of your information. This includes your booked sessions, so they can coordinate schedules and avoid booking conflicts.

    FITNESS COLLECTIVE retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

    Retention Periods by Data Type:

    • Member Account Information – Retained for as long as you maintain an active membership. If you cancel your membership, your data will be deleted or anonymized unless required for legal or business purposes.
    • Health and Fitness Data – Retained while you are an active member and after membership cancellation, unless deletion is requested.
    • Payment Information – Retained only as long as necessary to process payments and comply with tax and financial record-keeping laws. FITNESS COLLECTIVE does not store full payment card details; these are handled by our third-party payment processor.
    • Marketing & Communication Data – Retained until you opt out of marketing communications or request deletion.
    • Children’s Data (Under 13) – Retained only with verified parental consent. Parents may request deletion at any time by contacting us at management@fitnesscollectivept.com.
    • Legal & Compliance Records – Retained as required by applicable laws and regulations.

    FITNESS COLLECTIVE's website, mobile application, and Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and would like your child under 13 to use FITNESS COLLECTIVE’s Services, you must provide written consent prior to their participation.

    HIf you are a California resident, any request for disclosures required under California law should also be directed to this email.
